Delivery Policy
AMOUR ZEN (“we” and “us”) is the operator of this Site. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement for the mutual protection of each other and to set expectations regarding our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer for us to issue a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
AMOUR ZEN will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received within 15 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and must arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is completed by email. (AMOUR ZEN) will refund the value of returned merchandise but will NOT refund the value of shipping costs paid.
3.2 Returns under warranty
AMOUR ZEN will happily honor any valid warranty claim, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items. Customers will need to prepay return shipping, but we will refund you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of the items for warranty claim, you can expect AMOUR ZEN to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the choice between: (a) refund to your payment method, (b) a refund in store credit, (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available ).
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit times
Typically, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.
4.2 International Transit Times
Typically, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to offer a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For shipping address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 BP Box Shipping
LOVE ZEN will be shipped to PO box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping by military address
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be held while we wait for that item.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.
5. Tracking notifications
Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you notice that a package is damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, with no additional charges to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order ships. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
